Sdirect creates tracking
systems for data retrieval
Qantas is continually seeking feedback from valued international customers in order to continually improve and maintain its high level of service. Sdirect developed both a cost-effective and creative solution for capturing survey data so customer feedback could easily be deciphered. The solution allows all surveys taken on international flights to be tracked using a sequential numbering system allowing Qantas to retrieve and research data easily.
Translated into three languages; Japanese, Chinese and English, the brochure was distributed inflight and collected before passengers disembarked.
